Our bakes are beautifully wrapped in our signature greaseproof paper, packaged in a box and sealed with a sticker to ensure the best experience when receiving your The Vegan Bakes box.

All treats are handmade in small batches from scratch in our 5 star rated kitchen.

DELIVERY INFO

All items are dispatched on TUESDAYS or THURSDAYS. Please select your chosen dispatch date from the dropdown menu.

Please note: dispatch date is the date your order is posted, not the delivery date. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Boxes are sent via APC Overnight courier (usually 1–2 days). Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Remote Scotland are sent via Royal Mail First Class (usually 1–2 days). Please allow up to 2 days from dispatch before contacting us.

If your box has not arrived, please email hello@theveganbakes.com within 3 days so we can resolve this for you.

Please double check your address carefully, as we cannot take liability for incorrect addresses.

When ordering multiple boxes, please select the same dispatch date. If different dates are required, place separate orders. If multiple dispatch dates are selected, all boxes will be posted on the earliest date.

All postal treats are baked and packaged with love and care to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. Occasionally, minor cosmetic damage may occur during transit. Refunds or replacements for cosmetic damage are made at our discretion and must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
