WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?
All items are dispatched on TUESDAYS or THURSDAYS, orders will be posted on the dispatch date selected when adding a product to cart. These are specific Tuesday and Thursday dates that you need to select when adding a product to the cart. Please note, dispatch date is the date it is SENT, not the delivery date. Please allow atleast 1 day for your boxes to arrive, if your box hasn't arrived please email email@example.com with your name, order number & address and we'll look into this for you. Please email within 2 days of dispatch if your order hasn't arrived, this will allow us to try and locate or resolve the situation, if you don't email within this time frame, it might be too late to resolve the situation if there is an issue and I can't hold any responsibility for a missing box.
HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?
All boxes are sent via APC Overnight courier, which usually takes 1-2 days but please allow for the odd delay in certain areas. Items being shipped to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Remote Scotland will be shipped First Class Royal Mail, this is usually a 1-2 day service but please allow for the odd delay. Please allow at least 2 days from dispatch date for your order to arrive before getting in contact. If you have any queries or have not received your order within 2 days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO ORDER MULTIPLE BOXES FOR DIFFERENT DISPATCH DATES?
When ordering multiple boxes & you want them to be dispatched on different dates, you must put them through as separate orders for each date. If you select multiple dispatch dates on one order, then ALL boxes will be dispatched on the earliest dispatch date. If you have ordered an occasion box for a specific date then both boxes will be dispatched on this date.
WHAT IF I OR THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME?
Someone needs to be available at the delivery address at the time of the delivery. The Vegan Bakes take no responsibility for delays or spoiling of items due to no one being available at the delivery address. APC are a signed for service but also leave in an agreed 'safe place'.
WHAT IF I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Your items will be delivered to the address you entered on your order and we cannot accept any liability for failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you have entered the incorrect address on the order please email email@example.com ASAP with your name and order number and the new address so we can make an amendment to your order. If your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend your address, although we can contact APC and notify them of incorrect addresses. There may be an additional delivery charge to ensure your order can be redelivered to the correct address, which you would need to cover. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your bakes can be recovered from an incorrect address and we cannot take liability for it being delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer entering the wrong address. Please double check your address is correct before ordering.
CAN I COLLECT?
There is an option for collection from my kitchen in Alton, Hampshire. Your order will be ready after 12pm of your chosen dispatch date. The kitchen is usually open 8am-4pm. Please email me first to arrange when collection is possible.
HOW ARE MY ITEMS PACKAGED?
All items are packaged in biodegradable food grade cellophane wrap & wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker. They're posted in thick card board postal boxes inside APC postal bags.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE BAKES?
All brownie boxes are approx 25cm x 18cm so boxes of 8 brownies are just over 6cm x 9cm each & the biscuit trio boxes where brownies are cut into 6 are 8.5cm x 9cm. Deep dish cookies are 8cm in diameter & are about 3 cm deep. Our mini slabs are baked in 7" x 6" foil trays. Our pies are 8" & our pizzas are 9".
IF I GET A SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY BOXES?
If you save and subscribe your box will be sent on the same dispatch date for the following months.
WHEN WILL MY MONTHLY SUGAR FIX TREAT BOX SUBSCRIPTION ARRIVE?
The Monthly Sugar Fix treat boxes are dispatched on the last Thursday of every month.
CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time, there will be a £10 cancellation fee payable when cancelling.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the perishable nature of my products, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds. Once you have placed an order, it is your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. Please bare in mind the products are delicate & may break easily & on rare occasions they may not have been handled with care & items may arrive in a bad condition. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BAKES HAVE GOT ABIT DAMAGED DUE TO THE HOT WEATHER?
We suggest putting your bakes straight into the fridge when they arrive if the weather is warm. They might have got abit damaged during transit but unfortunately this is completely out of our control & you accept this is a possibility when ordering during warm weather periods.
WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES?
These bakes are made by vegans in a vegan kitchen. Our kitchen handles WHEAT, SOYA & NUTS. Whilst we don’t use milk or egg in our kitchen, products may contain MILK or EGG due to manufacturing methods of some of the ingredients we use. Our bakes are not suitable to WHEAT, SOYA, NUT, MILK & EGG allergy sufferers. If you have any questions please email us at email@example.com
