All treats are handmade in small batches from scratch in our 5 star rated kitchen.

Dispatch Info

Mother’s Day Treat Boxes will be dispatched on Thursday 5th, Tuesday 10th or Thursday 12th March.

Shelf Life

10 days at room temperature — keep sealed & in a cool place.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.

CONTAINS WHEAT & SOYA

Our kitchen handles WHEAT, SOYA & NUTS. Whilst we don’t use milk or egg in our kitchen, products may contain MILK or EGG due to manufacturing methods of some ingredients used.

Our bakes are not suitable for SOYA, WHEAT, MILK, EGG or NUT allergy sufferers.

Delivery Info

All items are dispatched on TUESDAYS or THURSDAYS.. please select which TUESDAY or THURSDAY your product will be dispatched. Please note, dispatch date is the date it is POSTED, NOT the delivery date. Someone must be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

All boxes are sent via APC Overnight courier (1–2 days). Please allow for the odd delay in certain areas.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Remote Scotland are shipped First Class Royal Mail (1–2 days, allow for delays).

Please allow 2 days from dispatch before contacting us. APC do not deliver on Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

If your box has not arrived, please email within 3 days to allow us to resolve any issues.

Please double check your address, we cannot take liability for incorrect addresses.

When ordering multiple boxes, please select the same dispatch date. If you require different dates, place separate orders. If multiple dispatch dates are selected, all boxes will be sent on the earliest date.

Occasion boxes available only for specific dispatch dates will override other selections.

Please note: All our postal treats are baked & packaged with love & care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us. However, sometimes couriers can be a little heavy handed and minor cosmetic damage may occur.

Refunds & replacements for cosmetic damage are made at our discretion. Please provide a photo within 12 hours of delivery.
