Our bakes are wrapped in tissue paper, packaged in a box and sealed with a sticker, to ensure you have the best experience when receiving your The Vegan Bakes order.

Please note our creme eggs are fragile and there is a chance they may get a little messy during transit. They will still taste just as delicious.

DISPATCH DATES

Available for dispatch Thursday 5th March – Thursday 2nd April.

Please note APC do not deliver on Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday.

If ordering for Thursday 2nd April dispatch, delivery should arrive Saturday 4th April. If delayed, it may arrive Tuesday 7th April.
If you would like your box before Easter, please select Tuesday 31st March dispatch.

SHELF LIFE

14 days at room temperature. Keep sealed in a cool place.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS

Allergens include SOYA and WHEAT.

Our kitchen handles WHEAT, SOYA and NUTS. Whilst we do not use milk or egg in our kitchen, products may contain traces due to manufacturing methods of some of the ingredients we use. Not suitable for allergy sufferers.

DELIVERY INFO

All items are dispatched on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Please select which Tuesday or Thursday your product will be dispatched.

Dispatch date is the date your order is posted, not the delivery date. Someone needs to be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

All boxes are sent via APC Overnight courier which usually takes 1 to 2 days but please allow for the odd delay in certain areas. Items being shipped to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Remote Scotland will be shipped First Class Royal Mail which is usually a 1 to 2 day service but please allow for the odd delay.

Please allow 2 days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive before getting in contact. APC do not deliver on Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Please email within 3 days if your box has not arrived. This allows us to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order.

Please double check your address is correct. We cannot take liability for an incorrect address.

When ordering multiple boxes, please select the same dispatch date. If you would like to order each box for different dispatch dates then place separate orders. If you select multiple dispatch dates then all boxes will be posted on the earliest dispatch date. However, if you have ordered an occasion box which is only available to order for a specific dispatch date then both boxes will be dispatched on this date.

All our postal treats are baked and packaged with love and care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us. However sometimes the courier can be a little heavy handed and some damage may occur. Refunds and replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion. Please provide a photo within 12 hours of delivery. Whilst they might not look as beautiful, they will still taste as amazing.
