Our eggs are wrapped in tissue paper, packaged carefully in a box and sealed to ensure the best experience when receiving your The Vegan Bakes order.

Please note: our creme eggs are handmade and slightly fragile. Occasionally they may get a little messy during transit, but they will still taste just as good.

DISPATCH DATES

Available for dispatch Thursday 5th March – Thursday 2nd April.

Please note APC do not deliver on Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday.

If ordering for Thursday 2nd April dispatch, delivery should arrive Saturday 4th April. If delayed, it may arrive Tuesday 7th April.
If you would like your box before Easter, please select Tuesday 31st March dispatch.

10 days at room temperature — keep sealed in a cool place.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.

Whilst we do not use milk or egg in our kitchen, some ingredients may contain traces due to manufacturing processes. Not suitable for allergy sufferers.

DELIVERY INFO

All items are dispatched on TUESDAYS or THURSDAYS. Please select your chosen dispatch date from the dropdown menu.

Please note: dispatch date is the date your order is posted, not the delivery date. Someone must be available at the delivery address.

Boxes are sent via APC Overnight courier (usually 1–2 days). Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Remote Scotland are sent via Royal Mail First Class (usually 1–2 days). Please allow up to 2 days from dispatch before contacting us.

If your box has not arrived, please email hello@theveganbakes.com within 3 days so we can resolve this for you.

Please double check your address carefully, as we cannot take liability for incorrect addresses.

All postal treats are baked and packaged with love and care. Occasionally minor cosmetic damage may occur during transit. Refunds or replacements for cosmetic damage are made at our discretion and must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
