We recommend choosing 10th Feb dispatch to allow for any delivery delays.

10 days at room temperature (keep sealed and in a cool place)
❄️ Can be frozen for up to 3 months

🚚 Delivery Information

All items are dispatched on TUESDAYS or THURSDAYS.
Please select your preferred dispatch date from the dropdown menu.

👉 Dispatch date is the date your order is posted, not the delivery date.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

📦 Shipping methods

Orders are sent via APC Overnight courier (usually 1–2 days).
Please allow for the occasional delay in certain areas.

Orders shipping to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Remote Scotland are sent via Royal Mail First Class (usually 1–2 days).

Please allow up to 2 days from your chosen dispatch date for delivery before getting in touch.

📩 Delivery queries

If your order hasn’t arrived, please email hello@theveganbakes.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve this quickly.

💗 Important note

All of our postal treats are baked and packaged with love and care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Occasionally, parcels may be handled roughly in transit and minor cosmetic damage can occur.

Refunds or replacements for cosmetic damage are issued at our discretion.
Please provide photos within 12 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.
